When you call Four Oaks Medicare Planning and use our automated phone menu to request a text message, you're agreeing to these SMS terms. Please read them carefully.

About Our Text Message Program

Four Oaks Medicare Planning offers a transactional text message program that allows callers to receive helpful links via SMS. When you call our main business phone number, our automated menu offers two options that send you a text:

- Press 1 to receive a text with a link to schedule a free Medicare consultation

- Press 2 to receive a text with a link to our customer service request form

Each text contains only the link you specifically requested. We do not send recurring messages, marketing texts, or promotional content through this program.

How You Opt In

By pressing 1 or 2 on our phone menu after hearing the recorded options, you are providing your affirmative consent to receive a single text message at the phone number you called from. We only send the specific link you requested, and we only send it one time per request.

Message Frequency

This is a transactional, on-request program. You will receive one text message each time you request one by pressing 1 or 2 on our IVR menu. You will not receive any other texts from us unless you call back and request another link.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Four Oaks Medicare Planning is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred from sending or receiving text messages.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any text message we send you to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive a confirmation message that you've been opted out, and we won't send you any further messages.
